2 hour achievement not working

any tips on how to get the achievement? ive played apx 2.5 hours and it hasnt done anything.

- Open the file "savegame" with Notepad
- Set the number above "2F01000..." to 119
- Save the file and close it
- Open the game
- Wait 1min until the achievement pops-up
