Guys, I just bought this game and when I try to connect to online servers I am getting this error. Is anybody here have the same issue? I tried to use VPN and chose different countries IP, but no matter which country I selet I get exactly the same error each time :(

This was happening to me too. I booted up a VPN, a server in Mexico and it let me in. Then i turned the VPN back off and now I'm able to login as normal again.

Update, no longer works. Can't connect to any matches while on VPN but it lets me go into battle hub. Can't play online at all now.

Same issue. I already tried 25 different countries IP and still the same error :(

Also, i wrote a ticket to support. Will see if Capcom answer me.

This error code has to do with the servers, either they are overloaded or they are temporarily down in your region for maintenance.

Are you on Wifi?

If so, are you using 5GHz or 2.4Ghz?

If you are using 5Ghz, try switching over to 2.4GHz. Do the same if the opposite is true.

The questions above is with the assumption that you have already linked your Capcom ID to your Steam account, and aren't using VPN.

I've been having the same problems. I tried changing a bunch of settings in my router, swapping from 2.4g to 5g and back, rebooting the router, making sure my Capcom ID was linked, etc etc etc. Had no problems during the beta, and I am able to connect to a VPN and get through logging in. However, once logged in I can't play any ranked matches in the Battle Hub

I'm really frustrated by this, and I hope that Capcom fixes this quickly because as much as I like it, it's not good enough for me to jump through these hoops to keep playing.

I´m having this issue since launch I tried a lot of things but nothing works, I hope they fix it fast, I can´t play online at all:(

i just fixed it by adding steam.exe sf6.exe and steam appdata to my virus protection exclusion list firewall wasnt enough i hope this helps people

You're definitely not alone in this. I've given up troubleshooting and decided to wait out for a concrete solution or an official statement

I can confirm I can log in if every time I reset my modem. Works on quit the game and log in again. But if I restart my PC, it switch to error state again. I need to reset my modem again to log in

This doesn't happen at all when I play beta
