Currently, there is one scene where Protagonist and his Bosch depart for Metro City that is present in both the Demo and the benchmark, but for some reason, that scene seems to FPS drop at 40s in the benchmark, compared to the demo.
UPDATE about full game:
That framerate drop is...for some reason, present in the full game? Not only that, but the game consistently gets that framedrop + a slowdown whenever you have a partner in battle(so far, when I summoned Luke...Bosch in a [REDACTED] mission in World Tour.
So, as far as I know: This slowdown bug that everyone has been having has been introduced in the game somewhere around when the Benchmark released, and has transferred to the Full Game.
Scenes the slowdowns/framedrops CAN happen:
- Randomly in the city
- Randomly during select cutscenes
- Very often during Chinatown cutscenes(Jamie's student training for example)
- Randomly during West Metro City fights(normalizes on it's own, with no rhyme or reason)
Moments I consistently reproduced it(so far that I know)
- Crows Rooftop during a certain mission that occurs there.
EDIT:
SprintGod might've found the reason for SOME these problems:

When the Open Beta came out, I decided to try again and only played online against other people and the game ran fine with no issues.
Today, in preparation for the release, I decided to run the benchmark, and once it got to the World Tour mode, my audio crashed again and the visual stuttering returned. No other parts of the benchmark had any issue, but the scenes taking place in World Tour caused the issues once again.
Of note, when I initially loaded up the demo, the opening videos and such for the menus also struggled and chugged, which I thought meant it was just a problem with the entire game, but when I loaded the Open Beta those opening videos played without issue.
I'm really interested in the World Tour mode, and I have no idea what could be causing these issues, but they are strangely consistent and my attempts during the demo to find help for the problems were unfortunately drowned out by various other topics. I thought perhaps the cores of my CPU were being improperly used by the game or some such, but really I just have no idea why the problem is so specific.
I got a 100/100 score on my benchmark for SF6 :)...
