打开c盘的C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Local\ProjectBoundary\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\Engine.ini配置设置
在最后加上这段[OnlineSubsystem]
DefaultPlatformService=<Default Platform Identifier>
然后在steam右键边境，在高级启动那里加上-fileopenlog
这样就能打开了

@pvc I just Tried it out there but you cannot select your region so you can@t play normal matches. Is there a way around this issue?

Just to let you know, the owners such as i still have it in the steam library and can boot it up. It just never leaves the title screen, so officially the game is still there, and if this new law is implemented, they will have to fix the game, or face severe penalties.
