I found something, weird for some items, e.g. memories and other, Excelsheets are used. Having a look at my first playthrough and my second one, I could see one peculiarity: in both I collected all memories. In both Excelsheets only 35 are marked true, from number 36 on, it is always false. My memories album shows 36 memories, but counted are only 35. So, there must be the problem with the achievement not unlocking...
