i never played the prince of persia series, and have always wanted to. and i was glad to get to play this one for the first time.

i think the best i can really say is that, it is a fun game, i enjoyed it for the most part. the combat did kind of start to drag on a little especially when enemies can just block and screw up any momentum you had or were trying to gain. that alone made combat feel really slow, especially when some types are just easier to do a dagger and instant kill on.

the camera is absolutely the final boss of this game, constantly flipping around, trying to make combat more interesting by providing different angles, but ultimately becoming obscured by walls, pillars, or hanging fabric. it all started to build on me being tired of the game when you have to fight a horde or enemies on an elevator like 80% of the way through the game, from there on, i wanted to beat it and see the rest of the story, but i was kind of tired of nothing but tanky enemies who block constantly.

overall, i would definitly recommend playing this if you never have before, but it do got some problems.
