Performance still not very good on commander battles. Often sub 30-40 frames on medium. Ryzen 5600x, 3060Ti, 32GB ram.

Hey sorry to hear that. You can give this guide a try as well as lowering grass draw distance, turning off ragdolls, and lowering shadows to see if any of that helps. If not then I'd be happy to try and help in the FSE discord.
