How do you lock game FPS to 60?
I have been trying to lock this game's FPS to 60 as issues appear when playing above 60 FPS, but forcing a cap through Nvidia Control Panel, or using Nvidia Profile Inspector, does not seem to help. Any ideas? Even lowering my monitor's refresh rate does not help. I have tried everything I can think of. I NEED HELP! I just wanna play this awesome game, again :steamsad:

try turning V-sync on: edit SplinterCell.ini
find [D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice]
under FullScreenVideo=True, add:
UseVsync=True

and/or use DG Voodoo 2

I'm trying to turn v-sync on to stop tearing. I can't find "UseVsync" in the file mentioned. Any alternatives ?
