Co-op

For the longest time i thought this was a single player game. Does the demo have the couch co-op or is it the same as in Ys 7. I ask because my mother has enjoyed Ys 7 so far and she liked being able to play while not responsible for the camera. So if this has the same co-op as 7 please let me know because i will defiantly buy it while it's on sale.

Yes this game has local co-op implemented and much better than Ys VIII.
however, you will need to have 2 controllers to play. A controller and keyboard + mouse won't work

Another thing is like Ys VIII, this co-op mode is implemented by Durante's team, not officially made by Falcom, hence there might still be some bugs during gameplay (well I haven't tried it out to know, but from the YT gameplay, so far much better, more playable than Ys VIII)
