The engine also will not receive any updates anymore, so there is nothing we can do :(
now that I finally also have a windows 11 machine and I was able to test this out for myself, I wanted to follow up your comment with some additional information.
I was able to reproduce the issue when running the game off the CPU and forcing the cpu internal graphics (intel iris), however forcing the game to run at a gpu level
(you can set this in windows program settings: https://www.ghacks.net/2021/10/29/how-to-assign-graphics-performance-preferences-to-windows-11-programs/ -> Set to high performance GPU) fixed the issue for me on my test machine (Razer Blade with Intel i7 12800H and RTX3070-Ti).
A requirement for this of course is that your computer HAS a dedicated GPU and isnt just using the internal intel iris gpu.
One thing to note, I also tested this on another windows 11 machine, on both the shaders were broken and flickering. The easiest solution to fix gameplay is to disable shaders in the settings by setting boss aura to reduced. I will soon provide a patch once I get to it that fixes loading transitions.
