so started a new game , camera spins and spins. disconnected controller just in case, reloaded game, still spinning. Shut down game, turned mouse on and off ,turned off steam mapping, launched game again, still spinning. what's up here? please help/

Hello! I need some help with the "puzzle" on the train on the third evening. So, everything went dark and a woman asks me what I hear.
