Chess is something of interest to me, I enjoy the game. I do not have many friends, but I am intrigued by the 5 dimensional aspect. Can I play with AI only and learn the game better and improve? I want to improve at chess, will this help me?

Hihi, I'm trying to understand and play but I keep getting illogical check mates? Like a horse being next to my king and me loosing. Or another case where the queen gets clearly blocked, even in the past moves, by me but I still lose.

So I'm 5D Chessing. I decided to get the aggressive AI, and then I notice I have the opporunity to put them in check after they waste their Knight on killing one of my pawns. "You win!" Turns out that because the king hasn't moved a single space in the three minutes the game has been running, my queen also checkmates some past iteration of the king so I win by default. This happened several times in a row when I was playing aggressive with a queen. Not queens plural, because for the most part I checkmate...
