Quit Game Stage Select Windows mode How to controll these?

When I play this game in native resolution (3440 x 1440) on my ultra-wide monitor, the top and bottom of some puzzles gets chopped off, making the game unplayable. My workaround is to change my desktop resolution before I launch the game, then change it back when I am done playing, but this is kind of a nuisance. Any chance this could be fixed?...

Is there a dark mode option? The bright white background hurts my eyes.
