Not sure how I feel about seeing two new DLCs on day one, that wasn't in the Pre-Order or Deluxe Edition of the game...

shroud dlc is bugged its not shown ingame after install and verifying game files also all other skin packs are not ingame

Exactly! What are they trying to imply? I pre-ordered Deluxe edition as well, why are those not included there?

The only DLCs that seem to work currently are Solitary Sniper and Tactical Tracker, the rest don't show up ingame. I would maybe hold off on advertising DLC that doesn't actually work, until you make sure it does.
