Cute and simple game!

Simple graphics with a cozy atmosphere. Music that matches perfectly the island vibe. Easy gameplay.

Absolutely adorable little game. Gameplay is largely running around taking pictures of animals to catalogue them, yet despite the very simplistic gameplay and premise of the game, I didn't get bored throughout the entire playthrough.

Fair warning, as I said, the game is largely running around exploring the environments and snapping pictures. If you're feeling something more action-y, this is absolutely not the game for you. This game acts as a palate cleanser of sorts for people who just want to have a wholesome feel good experience. If you're not in this kind of mood, you will likely get bored.

But if you are in a mood where you desire something truly relaxing that you can play at your own pace, this is the game for you. You can pick it up, play a bit, and put it down wherever and whenever.

The only real downside, which is also this game's greatest strength ironically, is that it is short. It took me about 4 hours to complete and I pretty much nearly 100%ed the game within that time, only missing about 10% of the animals in my catalogue. However the game offered quite a tight experience within those 4 hours and in my opinion was the perfect amount of content without overstaying its welcome. After all this game is meant to be a relaxing experience. Had this game been any longer it would've become repetitive and likely a drag to keep playing.

So that said, you'll have to weigh for yourself if the full price of this game is worth the roughly 4 hours of gameplay or if you'd rather wait for a discount. Personally I got it at a discount of about 5 bucks and at that price point it was more than worth the gameplay. Even at its full price I would have likely enjoyed it, but some people (maybe you) might want a bit more bang for your buck which is also absolutely fair.
