Hello, I just made a control layout for the game.
You can select it by going to Steam> Controller settings 🎮 , Layout.
I made it while playing the demo, so if you can’t find it just be sure to choose “Browser web”.
The keys are quite tricky to adjust via the game menu.
This works on Steamdeck, might probably work with a gamepad too.

I disabled Steam input and downloaded the only community layout i found. Seems to be working well for me on the Deck OLED.

I guess it could me mine, yup just the game straight wasn’t playable.
I tried to adjust the best I could, commands are quite complicated

if you haven't found the solution yet then try going to configuration and setting whatever controller than you are using as default instead of M&K because it worked for me
