need help

does someone know where i can find the t-handle? i've been seeing a lot of walkthrough's and they don't show nor specify where or how they got the t handle in order to unlock the hatch door

T handle is found in the library. After getting the eye key from the clock puzzle in the fun house section use it to unlock the library door next to the first save room of the game.
