No gardener and firewood availabe for rooms

First of all: I LOVE the game. All the hidden stuff and the secrets to explore and the emotional story <3

So I am right now in day 23 and I have pretty much all unlocked I guess. Including the gardener and the firewood. I have checked gardener and firewood in the corresponding tab but when it comes to room distribution there if a red X for gardener and firewood and I am not able to assign a room to people who have those requirements. STrange thing is that a couple of days ago it all worked fine. At least the firewood thing.

DId I do something wrong? Is this a bug? Can I do something about it?

Hi! Glad you're enjoying the game so far. Just to clarify, you've chosen Firewood and Gardener in the Amenities tab during Setup time (and they show up with a green check mark there during Check In time), but when you talk to guests and try assigning them to a room, there is a red cross for either Firewood or Gardener when those two are listed among the guests' preferences?

Does this happen when you try assigning the guest to any room or just one particular room? (Because the Orange Room can't use Firewood until a particular guest unlocks it, and there is also a possibility that the Gardener is unavailable for a couple days when you make a choice regarding the relationship between two guests.

If neither of the situations in the spoiler apply to you, then I can check your savefiles to see if it's a bug and if you could provide screenshots of the issue that would be very helpful too. So just let me know if you'd like to do this, and I can PM you further instructions. Thanks!

I am having the same problem! I am on Day 21, so the fireplace in the orange room is unlocked, but for some reason, it is showing No firewood in both the orange and green rooms.

It is only happening with one couple: Croesus & Lydia

Croesus and Lydia want a room that has "No Firewood", and they can only be assigned to the Orange and Green Rooms (if you have 4 rooms available) because they require a "Snack Bar" as well. Therefore, you can assign them to either of those rooms only if you didn't choose Firewood as an amenity.

If this is not the issue you're facing, it would be helpful to see a screenshot so that I can figure out what's going on. Thank you!
