IIRC, the Mystery Solved, Goodbye Rudolph and Beautiful Roses achievements are all related. To get the Mystery Solved achievement, you need to find all the paintings, and also examine everything in Rudolph's house when you break into it while he's staying at the manor; you'll see some receipts there. Then talk to Rudolph after you find the final painting, and you can then choose to get the other two achievements .
