Thanks for your interest in the game! I'd love to make the game available in more languages, including German, but unfortunately I don't have plans to have it translated mainly due to budgetary reasons.

If there are several people in the community who would like to translate it to a particular language, I'd be happy to help make it work but I do have to say that the text is currently in several different formats and files so it won't be the easiest job. (I definitely have to keep that in mind when making another game in the future.)

I never translated anything for a game so far, so I don't know at all how this works and don't know either if I should offer my help because of this. And all the English words I don't know, I'd have to look up in dictionaries. So I'm not sure if I'd be the right person for a translation job because I never tried it before.

In any case I hope that German will find its way into your game soon. :-)

Oh, I just wanted to mention it in case anyone feels like doing it in the future - I didn't mean to ask you to translate it. :) I'll update this thread if the game's ever released in German!

Thanks for the offer, Porcelain1985 - that's very kind of you. Just so you know (not sure if you've already played the game), there's a large amount of dialogue so it would be quite an undertaking. But I'll investigate if there's a way for me to export the dialogue and reimport changes in the coming month, and will let you know. Thanks again!

Sure thing! I'm currently translating 40.000+ words for another game, so I guess this one would be relaxing by comparison. :D
I played through the game already and really loved it (I have yet to tackle new game+, but I'll do that soon), so I'd be happy to help. :)
