From fish - Tenkoume,
Trapped Pirate Ship, Freezing Hot Mines is my to go places for them
Skill (+fishing speed) has a 50% chance to give double yield of it.

The best farm is if you can travel to and from 4th layer

On the intro of the 4th layer there's a fish pond with a fish that gives strong scales. You can keep traveling from and towards the 4th layer farming that single fish.
