Book of Arne about the Hotel Pithos theft case

I'm not sure if anyone else will know but I've been very invested in this game. There is another game which is the second game in the series, Hotel Pithos theft case. From my knowledge it's only in Japanese. At first I thought it was translated but only the title screen and loading screen were in english. I was curious if anyone knows when the english version will come out whether it'll be on steam or not etc. Cause honestly the 3 new characters in the game look amazing and I would love to play it....
