haven't played in a long time and I'm kinda stuck. I need to buy the electrician disguise and I have no money. DIY lockpicks don't seem to work anywhere. Where can I make some money.

Doing the test laptop to copy data and it says copy the yellow file but there is no yellow file. Known bug?

I'm stuck at 90. I've done the side mission for the cop and the sunrise manager and cleaned out all the 700 houses for their intel loot. Are there any obscure rep sources I'm likely missing? Is there a guide for all the rep gains? I'm guessing it's stuff to sell to the Merchant but I haven't found much for him....

I'm not talking about the DIY lock picks as they break while you take them out of your pocket. I'm talking about the lock pick that cost $1400. The description says not to break it but I've used it heaps and it's not wearing out and there's been no sign that I've ever put too much stress on it. I'm not sure if I've been extremely lucky, I'm the lock picking lawyer of the game, or it's bugged....
