Just checking to see if I'm missing something obvious? My Xbox controller doesn't work at all with this game. I haven't had this issue with any other games. Do you need to enable controller use somehow? I didn't see anything like that in the settings menus. So, the intro cutscene with all the messages sent, some read and others not, is there any tie to the player character or is it abstract and just an example of what happened to someone out there? Is the Player the missing guy skipping across the entire galaxy trying to reunite with his family again? I feel like that would be an awesome part of the game to see, rather than the start of the game just being a looming unknown fate that is never resolved or brought to conclusion....
