Bought this game to play in co-op mode with my wife. We both want to love the game, but it constantly soft-locks, requiring a restart and losing progress. According to reddit, this is a common issue.

ts always freezing and just makes it difficult to progress SIGH and i really enjoyed the combat and story i just cant finish it.

It is quite fun.

Ultimately it just wasn't fun. The village management was tedious and unexciting. The roguelike part not very fun. Played for a few sessions and then couldn't find the motivation to fire it back up. It's not terrible, but I'm kind of confused on why the hype is so big.

I don't want to give a bad review since I haven't even started playing yet.
However, I'm very upset with just the start of the game. There's the option to rebind keys which I absolutely enjoy but THERES NO POINT IF THE PREVIOUS KEYBINDS DONT GET OVERWRITTEN. I used WEDF to move. I do not have WASD bound to movement HOWEVER they are still hardcoded into those keybinds without any way to disable that so when I press W or D the game thinks I'm pressing Left and Up or Down and Right AT THE SAME TIME. I CANNOT REMOVE THE WASD KEYBINDS. It's like WASD is hardcoded into the movement even though it's changed in the settings. This is infuriating.
