I remember that I died a lot trying to come back from that shrine, that's a difficult jump considering that the point of arrival is on an higher ground compared to the point of start and it can be accomplished with a lot of practice on hovering: jumping from the very edge of the platform (in you came close to falling the character makes a certain pose that warns you), activating the hover when Adara is reaching the maximum height of the jump, keeping the stick up and left at certain angle to optimize the hovering (so keep some healing items in inventory before trying to challenge that shrine).
