This is definitely a new bug which appeared out of nowhere :o

Random thoughts:

1: Have you started the cassette while in the same scene?

2: Is the other whistle quest done near the bus stop?

3: Is the layered melody quest active?

hello,thank you for your reply! "yes" to all. and this is the only quest/achievement I haven't finished. and I tried to delete the game and reinstall it for several times but still don't work. I think maybe it's a random bug, maybe next time you could try to find the problem and fix it (or maybe it's just very hard to find the problem? I know nothing about computer!):-D
anyway it's still a wonderful game, I really like it. thank you for all!

thank you, I sent a zip which contains the whole save file, titled:"TOEM bug - can't finish quest "A Layered Melody"" hope it helps!
(if you don't recieve the email, maybe it's China's network question, tell me and then I will maybe use another email-adress.)(if other more files are needed, let me know and I'll supply :-D
