Need help I've got 15 of 16 achievements

I've got all 13 endings but the achievement says I'm missing til we meet again ending do I have beat the game on hard or something I saw 3.4 % of players have it so I'm hoping one of those people see this

Love Love School Days 全結局流程中文攻略(ED8~14補齊)

道具名稱為個人翻譯，能看懂就好，如有錯誤不進行修改。地圖每場都是隨機生成，但起始教室和屋頂一定在頭尾，中間會經過游泳池，可根據結局來刷地圖，方便製作道具。若靠近保健室和玄關，マキナ有機率埋伏在這兩個地點，不要靠近就好。如果在運動會時間躲進櫃子、廁所等隱蔽空間，運動會的時間將不會結束，但躲在屋頂沒問題，運動會時間為兩次音樂結束後+幾秒。要改變マキナ的外觀可以在保險箱輸入旁邊紙條上的密碼114106會拿到另一個光碟，拿著點在主機上就可以了，如果只有一個光碟就只能放桌上來開始遊戲，不能拿去點主機。 ※新增
