No 'physical' wheel support but we do support a virtual wheel when in VR.

Why the heck not. I find that unbelievable that you would make a car racing game that does not support steering wheels. I was about to review it and tell everyone that this is probably the best kart style racing game there is (probably is apart from this issue) , and promote it to VR arcade owners etc, and talk to you about commercially putting it into our 30 station arcade. I was ready to buy the full version when released, but now, finding out this changes my attitude a bit. Your response even seems to suggest you wont add support? I can suggest you may get a few more people complain about this.

That is unfortunate. I'll have to pass

Yes please. This was added in a similar VR game (Off-Road Paradise: Trial 4x4). Really made a difference having physical wheel support. i have several friends who won't play without a wheel and this game looks like a blast. Please reconsider.. Thank you

mate, this is arcade game and best played with gamepad. Im on Index and trust me, gamepad is all you need. This is not a racing sim :D and most fun is when played from above and controlling the car as RC.

It's a shame there's no wheel support but i would bet playing from above gives a great advantage over those in a cockpit.

This game looks amazing, roll on 5 hours.

Well it would give peeps who want to have a private race the opportunity to use wheels. are there lobby's? Can we create and control a host? Might be a nice filter too if you can limit your session to in-car only, or overhead views only, etc

By using Steam controller setup, I can make good use of my Thrustmaster T-GT (set to 180 degree, auto center force enable). It works flawlessly.

When in the game in cockpit view, how far does the in game wheel turn? 90 each way is the limit? That is fine for a game like this
52HzWhale 27 Jun, 2020 @ 5:32am
45 degree to each way is the limit
I have to ask this too! please add support for a g29 this game reminds me of an arcade game that had wheel and id LOVE to recreate that for the nostalgia!

Probably won't. Just use the steam built-in control setup and you will be fine.

Needs wheel support and mouse/spinner support (like old Super Off-Road or Super Sprint), I can use other software to emulate a 360 pad but its not the best.
Its just another game that has the opportunity to do something different but won't because that would be different therefore its bland as hell.
This sort of game (with a cockpit view) transfer really well into a racing cabinet setup but rarely ever have the views required, this does but has some lazy 10 year old control schemes.
Its a great game on android as the "mouse" controls on there used as a full wheel allow you to really throw the car around beautifully. "MMR X" PC release I have played less than 20 minutes whilst having totally finished the android version and a good 80% of the original PC release.
I would probably like the mouse "spinner" controls the most as they really suit this type of game (for over 30 years now) but don't under-estimate the amazing play of this sort of game with actual wheel support and a cockpit view.
