do you have to do every chair, then every chair with the googly eyes?
im pretty suck i did every chair

Nah Googly eyes aren't necessary as they're completely optional.
Did you bonk up every chair skin/color type? Usually that seems to be what trips up people the most.

I have the same problem. I've done all 37 chairs multiple times and am still not getting the achievement.
