The store page for Dust and Neon says that it is unknown if the nintendo switch controller will work for this game, but Steam says that it will. When I tried using the controller I get no response in-game. When I first tried to remap the keys I was able to try and select the controls on the controller side of the option menu in-game, but I couldn't get the joysticks to map. So I tried the game with mouse and keyboard, but I really want to use my controller. Now when I try to remap, I can't even select the controller side. I've tried un-plugging, restarting, checking the device on my desktop and still have no success.

Can I use this controller for this game??
