Very disappointed after buying several copies of the Ultimate Edition for friends on Steam... The game has been installed to an SSD, files verified in Steam, and every single time I click Play it only runs the Steam Client Boostrapper in Task Manager at 16% indefinitely.

I read so many sites saying reinstall windows, disable your antivirus, turn off MSI Afterburner, update, reformat, ad nauseam...

I don't have any of that software running and yet, unlike every single other game I have paid for on steam, Forza Horizon 4 is the only one that does not launch when I click the little Play button on Steam.

Go to the game's folder, search and delete this archive: "TargetHardwareProfiler"

If it didn't work check if your Bluetooth is ON before start the game.
