You can check your settings in the store there should be a slider somewhere with "edit your preferences" that has a few option for "explicit content" where its like "dont show" "blur" or "allow" however certain screenshots and content have an inbuild blur mechanic because of legal issues on community etc. And if you are in a region like me, alot of Adult content will simply give you the text "this content is unavailable in your region" because my governments a B*ch. (used to be available then gov went "uhm actually ..." and now steam softlocked it so it doesn´t face any legal issues, d*ckmove if you ask me [from GOV, not Steam] [If you experience the latter you have to use external sites] Hope this helps.
