Why TiTs its not on steam?

I owned this game for a couple of years but i always wondered why tits its not on steam

i think it has to do with many legal and not legal things but i hope we will get TITS 2 on steam

CoC2 is also run by Savin. TiTs and CoC1 are by Fenoxo

Fenoxo doesn't like steam for w/e reason, so he has no interest in putting TiTs on steam.

Fenoxo owns the license, but Savin is the main dev and is responsible for it. They do share a few devs.
