My internet connection is fine, but the in game music just won't play,please fix the problem,thx

It seemed like an internet error,but this kind of problem didn't occur in "Mýrdalssandur, Iceland" or " Fushimi Inari",i really don't know why this happened

If it says 'connection timed out' and your internet is fine, I don't know what the issue is and it's probably not something I can fix. is it something to do with access to soundcloud in your country?
