I can't log in

I have been trying everything for more than 30 minutes, restarting the pc, steam, the game, etc.

Some users have this problem, I don't know if there is a problem :(

uninstall than reinstall the game, your progress gets saved

I did that but it didn't work, I found the solution, I sent a ticket to the official support of the game and the next day they solved it, I could enter without any problem:)
