built a teleporter inside a prebuilt dome. when i teleported to it, i was dumped underground

There was an earlier thread about this issue, so it seems to be pretty common right now, unfortunately. Use F8 to report it, and hopefully it will be fixed in a future patch.

An old bug that they can't fix. Build teleporters outside the domes, either on solid ground or in the corridors between the domes.
