Also, ability to turn on/off drone display on map after launching the rocket, cause I can't see my base through the mass of drones showing bigger than my small compartments...
An airlock at entryways for underwater and unbreatheable air times? I'm lost on how these compartments are airtight, yet not waterproof..including rain 4 levels down.
Ability to add wheat and cocoa seeds to drone sort *pretty please* I've even tried it with them in my inventory and one in the chest already.
I've had more than one favourite game lost due to unwanted updates being added that I had no choice but to accept - updates are fine, but when they change the way the game is played we should have the ability to choose whether to add them or not, rather than have our games turned into something unplayable the way we prefer.
Some of the games I 'lost' this way had literally thousands of hours in, and I still miss them... and I am not alone, that's why there's currently a court case going on, trying to get steam to allow us to choose whether to update or not, depending on what's included. I for one think it's a great idea that should have been available all along...
First, that's not Steam's choice. Second, it's possible to do, but requires you to launch the game some other way. (e.g. I've set my skyrim to only update when I launch the game, then I always launch the script extender, via Vortex) Third, if this DID happen, you understand the devs would state "We only support the most recent update of the game. If you have an issue with a previous version, good luck figuring it out on your own"
When you say "that's not steam's choice," it says to me that perhaps you know more about it than I do - all I know is there isn't options I would like to have present in the interface - whyever they are not there, whether it's on steam or thoughtless development or companies being persnickety, I don't know - I just know that as time goes on the results leave me with less and less workable options that would allow me to tailor my games to my choice,
You don't want to know what I've been through over some games, including skyrim - between what will or won't run on what, and requirements that weren't fully outlined in software descriptions, add-ons that weren't mentioned, etc., more often than not it's "good luck figuring it out on your own" anyways... quite a common thing these days, when passing the buck is the easiest thing to do as often as not.
These devs don't tend to do things that way, by and large, which is yet another of the things I love about their work - they have outstanding ethics, and it shows. Wish more devs would emulate them.
