get a 1050ti, its literally so cheap, you don't need a 4090 to play games like this.

i got a gtx 1650s i7 2600k and im struggling to get over 40fps on lowest, and my game crashess anyways

The game is just using unity and is not developed by a large team of well-trained professionals. Yeah it just takes more performance but a 1050Ti is strong enough to play the game.
But a 2600K.... you do realise that CPU is nearly 15 years old? You can get phones with stronger CPUs.

im on a laptop and i wish this game would bring back the physics or optimiztion of before
bc now i cant even go over 10 fps it looks like im playing a powerpoint and i just hope to put the option to put chunks or render ditance to not fry my laptop, just need a better optimization.
i liked this game. but now it's unplayable

I have a 1650 Ti, not powerful but is not a pushover even for recent games (not all of them of course) But I straight up get an aneurysm every time I miss a checkpoint because it decides to lag every now and then.

The next update is a performance one, and the uplift is big, but even then, minimal specs exist for a reason. But I predict that in a few weeks, even a steaming potato should be able to run it. The devs are working hard rewriting the game's code for performance
