Here's the full description of changes to the latest build:

Game Features

• 41 Steam achievements (including 1 hidden)
  
• Steam Cloud support
  
• Volume control for SFX
  
• Helpful message at Checkpoints for players to take a break (a little reminder to players that progress is saved and they need not complete levels in a single sitting)

Gameplay
I also took a look at the game's difficulty and usefulness of the special weapons. And made these adjustments that make the game more enjoyable overall:

• Dash cooldown now begins when dash starts instead of at the end (this allows successive ground dashes with the right timing)
  
• Increased game difficulty (enemies hit harder, fewer health drops, increased some enemies' attack speed and aggressiveness)
  
• Shockbolt now travels thru & stuns multiple enemies, Larger hitbox. Stun lasts longer; energy cost up. VFX changed
  
• Tri-shot is stronger; energy cost slightly up
  
• Javelin fires 2x as fast, more energy consumption (from 2 to 2.5), VFX changed
  
• Currently equipped special weapon name added to HUD always (previously just for Tribute Armors)
  
• Skills (formerly "Melee Specials") regen much more Energy meter when used
  
• Shop Items pricing changes

Just disabling a couple of settings that snuck their way into the main build

Based on player feedback, I've rolled in some QoL features around the pacing of Cutscenes.

Changelist:

• Added an Autoplay toggle on Cutscenes (so players can advance them at their own pace)
  
• Sped up the pace of cutscenes (faster fade to/from black, shorter time delay b/t lines)
  
• Added volume control for Voice in the Options Menu (affects Cutscenes & Dialogues)
  
• Bugfix: music volume control affects BGM on Stage Select

Just rolling in some minor bugfixes

• Last cutscene playing twice
  
• Save Game progress percentage errors

I just added button remapping in v1.0.11. This applies to both controller & mouse + keyboard

Button remapping can be found in the "Options Menu"

Based on player feedback, I added in these other changes too:

• invert X toggle
  
• Camera Sensitivity slider applies to both mouse & controller now
  
• Removed "L3" to Reset/Snap Camera
  
• Boss % on save file bugfix
  
• Small indicator on pause screen for SPZ status. Shows (A) if level has a SPZ in it and (B) if it's been cleared

I just added 3 save slots in v1.0.10.

Your current save data should transfer over, and you'll see % completions for:

• Levels
  
• Bosses
  
• Special Zones (SPZ)

Other updates

• Left Trigger for Dash works on both control schemes
  
• New save slot for Controls settings. You may need to set the non-graphics settings again.
  
• Planning some QoL changes: toggling autoplay on cutscenes, invert X toggle, & right thumbstick sensitivity slider

I just added an Options Menu in v.1.0.9. Players can access It from both the Title Screen & Pause Screen.

Settings included are:

• Music volume
  
• Invert Y toggle
  
• Swap Dash & Shoot buttons (puts Dash on Trigger, Shoot on Face)
  
• Mouse Sensitivity
  
• Rumble toggle
  
• Fullscreen / Windowed toggle
  
• Resolution
  
• Vsync toggle
  
• Frame Rate Limit

It'd be fun to hear the different control combos that work for folks. It's always fascinating to me learning about the different people's playstyles.

And sorry y'all for any headache or disappointment this may have caused. Tbh, I don't PC game much (spent the past 3.5 years just making this when not at my day-job lol). So I wasn't aware that folks expected or wanted adjustable settings.

Thanks for the feedback about adjusting the game's settings. I'm working getting a v1 done by the weekend. It'll have the following:

Graphics options
- Resolution
- Fullscreen toggle
- Vsync toggle

Audio options
- BGM volume

Controls
- Rumble toggle
- Invert Y toggle

It'd be cool to add in Full Button Remapping and Mouse Sensitivity too. But those will take me much longer to implement and QA. But I wanted to get these common settings in asap.
