I had this same problem too. I think you have to make a new folder called "Modded". I could be very wrong, but that's how I did it.

you need to ctrl c + ctrl v mod with it Baldi_data and BeplnEx

So i put a copy of baldi_data in bepinex @GregThePlayer?

I have the modded folder, and a texture pack thats just pngs, do i just put the pngs ini the modded folder?

I've never downloaded a texture pack before. Try it and see if it works.

No, pick up Baldi_Data and Beplnex and copy it to your mod folder
