it's not public yet. you can only access the prerelease if you sub to the patreon or happened to of backed the kickstarter at a high enough tier

I don't think this is a prerelease bug since slimedog was confused on why they didn't have v0.9, which if that's the case means it should be reported in the official bug reports thread

if it was a prerelease, then it'd be better to post a comment on the associated patreon/kickstarter post since it could be easily lost if sent as an email
