If you are referring to the change that allowed safety scissors to cut gum, yes, that was suggested by a fan, as mystman12 stated that he will accept improvements to existing content, but not new content, as that would qualify as unsolicited and mystman12 he will not accept for legal and personal reasons. For instance, a change to the color of Dr. Reflexes door would be a change to existing content, whereas a new character, for instance, a character who ran around stealing items, would be considered "new content", therefore being unsolicited and not what mystman12 wants.

Beans wasn't exactly a "suggestion," Padre didn't go to MystMan and say "look i made a character could u plz add it to ur game thx" nor did he make any sign that the character was something he actually wanted in Plus.

prob just due to a lack of ideas that can reasonably get accepted, since as DannDaMann already pointed out, mystman cannot/will not accept suggestions for new content for legal and personal reasons (source)

that doesn't mean we can't suggest changes to existing content or game features ofc, but no new characters/items/etc.

that being said I did finally think of one- I think it'd be really useful if there was some sort of way to distinguish walls controlled by a button and walls controlled by an event, like a slightly different colour or something. that way, if you have a button-controlled wall near a bunch of other walls, it'd be easier to tell how useful it'd actually be without having to wait for the wall to slowly descend before you can use the button again if it ended up blocking your way

I feel like a tweak could be made to level generation so a button to a roto-hall doesn’t spawn in a place where, when pushed, spins the roto-hall in a direction that you can’t access, forcing you to traverse the entire map again in order to use it.

Hard to explain but you’ll understand if you’ve ever experienced it.
