Planning to play so i wonder, which one or both?

Well I've wanted to play this gem today and I was kind surprised by the game not starting at all, I think 1 or 2 years ago it worked very well on my windows 10 PC. So to fix it I've pasted the DXVK 32b files on the root of the game and it worked pretty well, but the first time I've launched the game it was locked on 24fps, restarting it solved the issue. I deleted and reinstalled the game. I also deleted the hardware settings configuration since the official game guide recommends it if you're having issues. I think it has something to do with my controls configurations since I like to use my Logitech G29 with the game and ever since I messed with the racing wheel bindings, I haven't been able to load up the game. Anyone know of a way to test if it IS the racing wheel settings or how to reset so I can play?? If it helps, I'm on a Dell G15 running an NVIDIA ...
