The following achievements are broken and/or not achievable in one way or another. Maybe remove them?

Dial M for Massacre
Gym Rat
Dump Donator
No More Hero

Corpse Party 2:
Minigame Masteroo
Maybe See a Doctor?
It was a Desperate Struggle

Did I say "Corpse Party"? I meant "No More Heroes". I'm aware it has its own support thread but you haven't graces that one with your presence for months.

I have nothing to do with that release, unfortunately.

I launched game once, cleared chapter 1 and quit. Tried to launch again, got disc write error. Couldn't fix it so I re-installed the game to another drive. Played once again, closed the game and I have disc write error again. All other my other games work and my SDD and HDD are working fine. Re-installing the game on either of my drive won't fix this.

Unfortunately, this is not an issue of the game itself.
This is an issue that sometimes, on rare occasion, happens with the Steam client.
I'd like to offer more help, but don't have a chance to at the moment. x_x
If you don't find a fix for this soon (I suggest searching disk write error steam), I'll offer further advice as soon as I'm able to do so.

Okay, this is an issue with the Switch version that might have bled over the the Steam version:
Missing Pictures from events in Chapter 2 (When encountering the Ghost boy)

Sound missing and replaced by a loud beep like from a recording or cellphone: Various sections of Chapter 2 when there is dialog. Most notably when finding the doll head, body, and putting the two together.

Event Missing: Chapter 1: The poster with the organs is already bloody, and it does not got bloodier, or trigger the "Wash the Blood in the Sink" poster to appear.

That is all I have discovered for now.

Here's something present since at least the PSP version. If you read the fourth Victim's Memoir in Chapter 3, the fifth will block a corpse, preventing you from getting a name tag.

This is actually part of the game. To get that name tag, you have to avoid reading the victim's memoirs in order for the fifth (the one that blocks the corpse) from spawning.

I think that was fixed and is now located somewhere else. Or else they just made up a new name tag. Not sure.

There is NOT enough time to get Naomi out of the insect pool. Ten seconds is only enough for people who have memorized the way out.

I disagree, because the whole point of the game is to explore and experiment. If it doesn't go right, try and try again. You're supposed to have the feeling of urgency in this game in general.

It was a minute in the other version, this definitely feels like a bug

Even though finding a bug in the pool of insects would not be too surprising, it is a poor design choice. The first time, one might indeed have a feeling of urgency, the 20th time you just give up on the game. Maybe when a walkthrough with the right directions is made available, I'll carry on with the story, but I don't remember that the PSP version was so rage-inducing!

We were both under the assumption this was a bug but no apparently not :/
He can do the first part just fine, it's getting to satoshi that is literally almost impossible because some people have really bad memories and 12 second invisible mazes are NOT fun.
The previous version gave you a solid minute so idk what's going on here
