Could have been a great game. It's pretty. The story is nice although basic and very much telegraphed. I liked the music overall.

But... it's way, way too linear for something that feels like it should be more about exploring. You can only really do one thing at anytime. And that thing is explained step-by-step in excruciating detail: you need to make tea? here, click and drag the kettle over and down into the sink, now click and drag up to open the lid, and now click the faucet to fill the kettle, click and drag down to close the lid, click and drag to move the kettle to the heating plate, ... This is fine the first couple of times, but afterwards, don't tell me unless I get stuck for a while...

And it's sooo slooowww. Every single click requires to wait for something afterwards, be it some animation, or some dialogue, or a combination of multiple of those.
And to make it slower, one needs to find the cursor again afterwards because it is hidden while you wait and you never know where it will show up when done: sometimes you can still move it while it's hidden, sometimes it resets to the position of the last click, some other times it resets to a position set by the game (like the center of the screen)

Absolutely lovely! A touching adventure game with superb visuals.

It may be cute and pretty, but the essence/challenge of the game is basically "dealing with horrible controls"
