Death/revival card game sloooow
Upon losing a fight you get the death/death/revival card game. For some reason, it moves exceeeeedingly sloooowly for me, though. There's almost a 20 second pause between card swaps and the swaps themselves take several seconds as well. It *is* easy to win that way, of course, but it doesn't feel like something that's supposed to happen.

imo is a bad joke. it doesnt matter which card you pull because every card will be a "lucky" card instead of "death/revive" card, then furry girl appear and you can **** her

I'm having the same issue. It just can't be right the amount of time it takes to pick a card.

same issue cards are too slow, can't interract with anything. we need explanation from devs. is it how it's supposed to be or is it a bug
Brute 18 MAR 2023 a las 2:46 p. m.
ok, it gave me an option after like 5 or 10 minutes.

Clearly you're not playing on Max difficulty level (all girls cleared). The cards flicker around the screen too fast for the human eye to follow. Literally impossible to do anything other than make a 1 in 5 guess if you don't have the magnifier.

Either that or your PC is borked.

Indeed I am not. I lost my saves on my previous computer, saw there was a new character and figured I'd play a few rounds. This slowness makes it damn near unplayable, though, as the card game alone takes a whole two minutes to resolve.

It seems there's a parsing issue in your environment,
my guess is the decimal point is ignored for an unknown reason like 2.0 is working as 20 in your system.
Please do the verify integrity of the game and
tell me your system region and I'll double check.

I verified the integrity of my install and no issues were found (not surprising considering I reinstalled it yesterday) . In Windows, my regional format is set to "Dutch (Netherlands)". We use a comma as a decimal separator; the period can function as a thousands-separator. So for example: 1.000,00 = 1000.

Temporarily changing this to "English (United States)" fixes the issue, so your guess seems to be correct. I would think that the code reading the game's data files should be region-independent though, no?

Really appreciate your confirmation!
Current implementation is already culture invariant but seems that was not enough.
Hotfix will arrive soon, thank you again.
