I cant play with friends

My friends and I received the game through an EA play subscription. No matter how we tried to reach each other, we couldn’t. And there was no mistake. We changed the all drive settings in every possible way, but to no avail. The game throws us either into an empty session or with other players

I'm telling you, I've tried everything I could. Not a single thing lets me enter ours, just an empty lobby appears
