Reset the View
I'm sorry if this was asked before, I search for some key words but couldnt find anything.

I play with an oculus rift and nearly everything seams to work just fine, but when I start the game, there is fixed point of view that doesn't care about the orientation I have in the oculus menu (i.e. the orientation towards the sensors IRL). Even if I reset it in the oculus menu, It wont change in the game and I couldnt find an ingame option to reset my point of view.

The problem of that fixed position is, that I have to face away from my sensors to some degree, and because height doesnt adjust either, my drums are too low.

Any suggestions?

Hi!
There's a recenter button in the SteamVR interface, and the game should recenter normally by using it:

(press the menu button on the left controller, click on the resenter button icon in the bottom left of the bottom bar of the SteamVR menu)

We even had a button to recenter (btw the left control key on the keyboard should still work in theory), but it's not shown anywhere since the SteamVR recenter button has become the "standard" way to go for Steam.

First of all, it is incredible how fast you reply :-)
I can confirm that it worked with the steam VR button you showed in that screenshot, thanks a lot!
When I started playing in VR there was not reset button in the menu and oh boy was I happy when oculus implemented one. Since it worked everytime I didnt even recognize that steam vr had one, too.

I just played a few songs and it is really really fun now!
