Please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login , and create a ticket with a topic describing the issue. In the ticket, kindly provide the following details:
1. The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone.
2. Your in-game ID.
3. The relevant video (Please ensure that the settings "Show FPS" and "Show Ping" are enabled in the Settings -> General menu).
4. The game logs that have recorded the problem.
Please follow the steps below to get the log:
1. Quit game.
2. Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
3. Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2024-xx-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
4. Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
Note: “-log” could degrade the game performance, please remove it after you have obtained the logs.
